2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
3. Account Registration, Access, Termination, and Suspension
3.1 Account Registration
To access ShineCraft Productions' services, users must register for an account through the platform, which can be done by using either an email address or a Google account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep your account details up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. It is essential to take appropriate measures to protect your account from unauthorized access. You must promptly notify Shinecraft Productions if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. Shinecraft Productions is not liable for any unauthorized use or access resulting from a failure to maintain the security of your account.
3.3 Prohibited Account Activity
Sharing your account credentials with others or engaging in any unauthorized access, whether by another person or entity, is strictly prohibited. Such activity may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as possible legal action. Users are expected to comply with the Terms of Service and use the platform in good faith.
3.4 Account Termination and Suspension
ShineCraft Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of policy violations, fraudulent activity, abuse of the service, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, you will be notified, and your access to the service will be revoked.
3.5 Account Deletion
Users have the ability to delete their accounts at any time. Upon account deletion, access to the service will be terminated, and all associated data may be permanently erased. Account deletion does not automatically entitle the user to a cash refund for previously purchased credits, completed services, or work already performed, except where such refund is required by applicable law.
4. Services Provided
At Shinecraft Productions, we offer comprehensive video editing services designed to meet the needs of each client. Our service workflow is streamlined through a combination of our wizard tool, dedicated assistants, and skilled editors.
4.1 Project Creation and Cost Estimation
Users begin by creating projects through our intuitive wizard tool, which helps estimate the time and costs based on the project specifications. This initial estimate provides a general overview, and the actual cost and time may vary depending on the project's specific requirements. While we strive to meet the proposed timeline, please note that the estimated time is subject to change. Any adjustments to the timeline will be communicated to you promptly, and your approval will be required before any changes are implemented.
4.2 Review and Modification by Assistant
Once a project is created, an account manager or assistant will review the details, including the estimated cost and deadline. In some cases, they may modify the project estimate based on a more thorough assessment of the requirements. Any changes to the cost or timeline will be communicated to the user for approval before work begins. The project will not proceed until the user confirms their acceptance of the updated estimates.
4.3 Approval, Cost Deduction, and Editor Assignment
Once the project estimate is finalized and approved by the client, the agreed-upon cost will be deducted in credits from the client's account balance. If there are insufficient credits available to cover the project cost, the project may be placed in an insufficient-balance state and a payment request for the shortfall may be generated before the project can proceed. Following successful approval and sufficient balance, an editor will be assigned to the project.
4.4 Editing Services Provided
Our experienced editors will begin working on the project, providing a wide range of professional editing services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Video Cutting and Assembly
- Adding Effects: transitions, animations, or text overlays
- Audio Corrections and Enhancement
- Color Corrections and Grading
- Sound Design and Mixing
- Title and Text Animation
- Graphics Integration
4.5 Project Completion and Corrections
Once the editing work is complete, users will be able to review the final project. Users may request up to 3 free revisions or corrections to ensure the final product meets their expectations. Additional revisions may be available for a fee. Revisions must align with the initial approved scope and project objectives.
4.6 Turnaround Times
Turnaround times for projects depend on the complexity of the project. Clients can request faster turnaround times for an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. While we strive to meet all deadlines, there may be situations of high service demand or circumstances beyond our control that could cause delays. In any case, your personal assistant will keep you up to date on the status of your project.
5. Payments and Credits
5.1 Credit Packages and Base Price
ShineCraft operates on an account-scoped credit balance. Credits are purchased only through predefined credit packages made available in the platform.
The current base price per credit is published in the platform settings and checkout flow together with the applicable country and currency. Country-specific pricing and currencies may be introduced or changed over time and will be displayed in the platform when applicable.
Buying credits in larger packages may reduce the effective per-credit price below the applicable base price.
5.2 Purchasing Credits and Project Approval
When you purchase a credit package, the corresponding credits are added to the business account associated with your user profile. Authorized users on the same account may use that shared credit balance for future projects.
Project estimates shown by the platform are preliminary and may be updated during internal review. Credits are deducted only after the client approves the final project cost. If there are not enough credits available at that time, the project may be placed in an insufficient-balance state and a payment request may be issued for the shortfall before the project can proceed.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payments for credit packages are processed through third-party providers made available in the platform, including PayPal where offered. By purchasing a package, you authorize ShineCraft and its payment providers to charge the selected package amount and to complete related verification, capture, or reconciliation steps necessary to finalize the transaction.
5.4 Credit Refunds, Reversals, and Cancellations
If a project is withdrawn before client approval, no project credits are deducted.
If credits have already been deducted for a project and the project is later canceled or archived before final delivery or acceptance, eligible spent credits may be restored to the same account balance in accordance with the project status and the ledger records tied to that project. Any such restoration is made in credits to the account balance and is not automatically paid out to the original payment method.
Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable once added to the account, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by ShineCraft in writing. Credits used for delivered, completed, or otherwise non-refundable work are not refundable.
5.5 Credit Expiration
Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific package, promotion, country-specific offer, or where required by applicable law, credits purchased under the standard ShineCraft credit system do not expire.
